  • Yes, we offer sharing boards, cakes, breakfast, and lunch. Private events can enjoy canapé, grazing board, and full dining options.

  • Yes, with food & drink purchases. Keep noise minimal and use headphones. This is not a coworking space. Laptops not to be used in the members lounge.

  • No, everyone is welcome to Fernleigh. We have our main hospitality spaces for the Café and Wine Bar on the ground floor with retail space on the first floor, the new home to Design Vintage for shopping. We also have various private rooms, with further expansions due in the future.

    Members will receive an elevated experience with access to private member spaces.

Fernleigh Members’ Club FAQs

  • Smart casual—stylish yet relaxed. Flip-flops are asked to be kept to a minimum and not permitted after 5pm. Active wear and sports shoes to be limited and smart.

  • Children are welcome at Fernleigh.

  • Well behaved dogs with clean paws are welcome at Fernleigh.

  • Fernleigh’s offerings will evolve as the building develops.

  • We offer three membership options:

    • Social Membership – Access to the private lounge, curated events, and 10% off food & drink.

    • Social & Wellness Membership – All social benefits plus access to the wellness suite, gym, and unlimited classes.

    • A-Studio Classes – Unlimited classes per week, with a selection of 40+ options. Full cardio gym will be open early summer.

    All members receive concierge services, priority bookings, and discounts on partner services.

  • Yes, members have access to private event spaces and meeting rooms. Contact us for details.

  • No, but existing Founding Members enjoy fixed rates and an annual celebration in appreciation of their support.

  • Members may use laptops in the lounge, but we would appreciate courtesy to other members during busy times.

    Phone calls to be limited, discreet and phones kindly kept on silent in the lounge. Private rooms are normally available to members on request

  • Yes, we have a butler bell fitted in the Lounge for prompt service, in addition to regular service in the Lounge.

A-Studio FAQs

  • No dedicated parking, but nearby options include St Cyriacs and Northgate car parks.

    We recommend downloading the Mi-Permit app.

  • Yes. Towels are not provided with A-Studio.

  • Yes, wellness treatments are open to non-members.

  • All wellness events are listed on our events page.

  • 7 AM – 8 PM daily (10:00 - 16:00 on Sunday) for members.

    A-Studio is accessible only to those with either the A-Studio or Social & Wellness memberships.

  • Two wellness options, paid monthly via direct debit.

  • Yes, for private and group sessions.

    (Of whom can book the space, when the space is available)

  • Yes, including yoga, Pilates, spin, and strength training.

Fernleigh Members’ Club – Terms & Rules

1. Membership & Access

• By invitation or application.

• Members check in upon arrival via the guestbook in the lounge.

• Memberships are non-transferable. Social members can request a complimentary card for a spouse.


2. Guests

• Guests are welcome in the lounge unless accompanies by a member.

• Unlimited guests in ground-floor areas and for private events.


3. Conduct & Etiquette

• Be respectful to fellow members and staff.

• Phones on silent in the lounge; telephone calls to be discrete, or in private meeting areas

• Laptops allowed but used discreetly in the lounge.

• Photography is permitted, but respect others’ privacy.


4. Dress Code

• Smart casual—relaxed but refined.

• No activewear or flip-flops after 5 PM.


5. Private Bookings & Events

• Members can book event spaces, subject to availability.

• Lounge bookings require a member to be present.

• Members receive discounts on food & drink for events.

6. Children & Pets

• Children allowed in all areas of Fernleigh.

• Dogs welcome


7. Confidentiality & Discretion

• Conversations remain private.

• No business solicitation or social media promotion without approval.


8. Payments & Discounts

• Members get 10% off food & drinks at Fernleigh.


9. Club Modifications & Rules

• Fernleigh may update rules as needed.

• Members are encouraged to engage in select events to maintain the community spirit.
