State of the art Gym facilities with Speediance machines

Our dedicated gym area boasts a range of Speediance machines. A state-of-the-art cable systems which use magnetic resistance to control your weights and movements. Each workout is full personalised to fit your lifestyle, whether you’re after a full-body blast or a quick 30 minute lunchtime leg session!

You’ll also have the support of our online personal trainers, who will guide you through every moment - helping you improve your form, power, balance, speed and strength.

We’re proud to share that Fernleigh is the first gym in the country to offer this incredible technology!

Alongside our Speediance area, we have a small free weights section and a lovely studio space (subject to availability), perfect for stretching or some peaceful movement. And of course, we haven’t forgotten about cardio! You’ll find bikes, a treadmill and a rower to help you stay on track with your fitness goals.
