The Art & Science of Living Longer - with Dr Katie Armstrong.
“Chronological age is just the number of years you have lived - whereas biological age is how well your body is actually functioning. Genetics play a role but so does your lifestyle, environment and stress. The diseases that kill us - heart disease, stroke, dementia, diabetes and cancer - are at least in part, preventable.
Come and find out what the latest science tells us about disease prevention and biological ageing, and what we can do about it. You can’t change your date of birth, but you can change how your body ages.”
This event is free of charge, however spaces are limited so booking is highly recommended.
Please note this event will take place in the Blue Lounge on the first floor with no lift access. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
